How to use:
Every morning and evening (optional) , wash your face and body. Always wash in upward-facing circles. Be gentle when cleansing; little pressure is sufficient. For 20–30 seconds, apply. Afterward, rinse with cool to semi warm water. Washcloths are not required; only your hands are required.
