Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can only accept returns under legitimate circumstances. To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned within 30 days from the order date. After this period, returns will not be accepted. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot resell any product that has been opened or contaminated, so please be mindful when requesting a return.
Order Cancellations
You have 24–48 hours after placing your order to cancel. After this timeframe, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged or broken during transit, we will take full responsibility. However, any damage reported more than 24 hours after delivery will not be covered. Once your package leaves our facility, we have no further control over handling.
